Oktay Soysaltürk, was born in Hamburg, Germany, and has a Mechanical Engineering diploma and specializes in Mechanics.

In 2000, he entered the world of mold and steel construction as a work preparation engineer at Panel Makina, Turkey's then leading formwork manufacturer.

Oktay was promoted to Production Manager in 2003 and through hard work and diligence, he was promoted to Project Manager in 2005. With the closure of the company in 2009, Oktay Soysaltürk decided to establish his own company to continue production, feeling responsibility for his teams of reliable and competent employees and to the manufacturing requests of his local many international customers.
