Precast Mould design can only be described as an "ocean" of design varieties.

There is almost no limit in terms of design possibilities and Dema Formworks prides itself on our ability to shape steel for direct application to creating moulds to shape concrete from the most intricate architectural applications to complex electronic and hydraulic steel moulds through to most heavy industrial infrastructure and superstructure applications. In terms of moulds from simple wall panels to bridge beams to concrete electrical transformer cabins, to the most complex concrete distribution systems and Precast Mould mass production lines, DEMA FORMWORK can assist you in shaping your reinforced concrete to whatever end product you require. DEMA FORMWORK has the knowledge to offer ultimately cost-effective solutions that give you reliable, consistently repeatable results in your castings time after time.

DEMA FORMWORK is now a major regional player in the design of Precast Moulds and formwork systems and prides itself on its growing client base and international experience. With its commitment to continued R&D, specialist welding certifications and growing product range and design capabilities and the continued client trust and support, we have a growing reputation worldwide with a presence on 5 continents and in 43 countries worldwide.

DEMA FORMWORK invites you, our valued customers, to discuss any Precast Moulds or formwork ideas and requirements such as bridge beams (girder), industrial buildings, transformer stations (cabins), sub-stations, vacuum chambers, rail sleepers, jersey barriers, sea defences, stadiums, culverts, slabs, retaining walls, lego concrete, tilting table and similar Precast Moulds through to any specialist designs such as dam spillway/tainter gates and underwater turbine enclosures.

What is Precast Formwork / Precast Moulds?
Precast Formwork and Precast Moulds can be used in a wide variety of concrete designs and vary according to the application locations. The Precast Mould list of design possibilities is truly endless and IF YOU DO NOT SEE WHAT YOU REQUIRE OR HAVE A SPECIAL DESIGN PLEASE CONTACT US.

Some of the most popular Precast Moulds are as follows:

  • ‘ I’ Beam or Bridge Beam Precast Mould Formwork Systems

Prestressed or post-tensioned Bridge Girders Moulds are designed to be hydraulic or manual opening based upon client requirements. The most important criterion in the use of Precast Moulds is easy disassembly and assembly and this is where we excel in keeping our clients satisfied. Vibrator fixing and placement stands are placed optimally on the ‘I’ Beam Mould formwork. In addition to the production of the ‘I’ Beam Mould formwork itself, our company also provides services in the manufacture and design of its companion prestressing equipment. Since it is very difficult to relocate classical prestressing formworks equipment, we have ‘Self Tensioning’ type solutions for Precast Mould Systems Bridge Beam Formwork built into the formwork end plates for situations where frequent relocation is required. The tension beams and perforated plates of these self-tensioning type formworks are optionally designed as steel or concrete. ‘I’ Beam Mould formwork is also equipped with steam pipes for curing.

  • Roof Truss Moulds

The Roof Trusses Moulds, which are used as Precast Moulds with prestressed or reverse deflection from the base, are designed with hydraulic or manual opening in mind. Thanks to our easily removable side wing solution, the Precast Mould provides very economical casting in many sub-frames with a set of side wings. Inside the Roof Trusses Mould there are the necessary steam pipes for concrete curing

  • Column Moulds

Column Precast Moulds can be designed either to operate hydraulically and manually upon request. Columns with different dimensions can be cast in the same Precast Mould with sliding side wing partitioning solutions and columns with gusset partitioning in different areas means columns of different dimensions can be cast in the same Column Mould. There are steam pipes inside placed optimally in the Column Mould for curing.

  • Gutter Moulds

The Gutter Moulds used as prestressed or inclined are designed as hydraulic or manual opening depending on demand. In hydraulic opening types, Precast Gutter Moulds can pour two concrete gutters at the same time. There are steam pipes required for curing inside the Gutter Mould.

  • Pi Plate Moulds

Pi plate moulds used as prestressed or reverse deflection are designed with adjustable partition sliding side stops. In this way, it is possible to pour concrete of varying width. There are steam pipes inside the Pi Plate Mould for curing.

  • Purlin Moulds

Purlin Precast Moulds, which are used as prestressed or counter-deflected, are manufactured with our solution that allows multiple castings at a time from the Purlin Mould. There are steam pipes inside the Purlin Mould for curing.

  • Hydraulic Table Moulds

Hydraulic Table Moulds are used as lifting table moulds are designed as single wing (side opening) or two wings (side opening) upon request. In our Hydraulic Table Moulds Designed with inbuilt curing tents, the tent is hydraulic lifted. There are steam pipes installed by design for curing the concrete within the Hydraulic Table Mould.

  • Wall Moulds

Depending on the length and width of the concrete, Wall Precast Moulds can be designed as top or bottom running type. Wall Formwork is an economical mould enabling by design multiple and varying casting dimensions in the same Wall Mould with the ability to make more than one casting at a time. There are steam pipes inside the mould for curing.

  • Railway Sleeper Moulds

Dema Formworks has years of experience in manufacturing Railway Sleeper Moulds. The most important feature of Railway Sleeper Moulds is that they have very low dimensional tolerances and that they can be manufactured with or without prestressing. Our company makes Railway Sleeper Moulds to local standard as well as all the main international gauges and specifications for railways, High Speed Train and Metro track laying applications. Be assured Dema Formworks has the necessary experience and workmanship quality to ensure the most precise tolerances are met and exceeded. Dema Formworks also design turnkey Carousal and Long Line Factories for Railway Sleeper Moulds mass production.

  • Slab Track Moulds

Precast Slab Track Moulds (Precast Monolithic Rail Slab) is the system used in High Speed Train lines (HST) as well as light rail systems such as Metros and underground rail. Slab Track offers and shapes the railway line of the future, and meets nearly all the coming needs of railway with its technological advancements. Slab Track indeed has become one of the most important components of the modern railway sector with its ability to complete construction in a short time, its long lifespan and low need for maintenance. Add to that the travel comfort provided by Slab Track and its effect on reducing structure-related noise it really is the future of railway production. The precise nature of Slab Track mould manufacture is carried out meticulously by our company's experienced and expert staff.
